iPad Apps or Your Personal Computer?

What's better for Real Estate Business? The iPad/Tablet or your Personal Computer? 

Many love their iPads and there are those that love a regular Personal Computer. As a seasoned PC user I can easily say that I always find myself going back to the Computer with a keyboard. 

The iPad
1. The iPad is quick and easy to work with. You can easily access your MLS, Clients and Documents
2. An iPad is easy to grab when sitting in front of a home that your client has interest in. Nothing like driving by a property with your client and you have no access to the internet.
3. I love the iPad for playing music during an open house.
4. We can use our iPad to sign in clients at an open house.
6. Create forms using your iPad
5. Access your documents in the Cloud anywhere. Why copy and carry forms when you can access them from your iPad.

Your PC (Personal Computer or Laptop)
1. Access your files from you PC or the cloud
2. Your laptop has a keyboard which makes it easy to type
3. Easily access the full version of the MLS
4. Create forms with Microsoft products.
5. You can access the MLS from your laptop while sitting in front of a listed home.  However, it may take longer to fireup the laptop.  You will also need a wifi hotspot.

Ok, so both are great for business.  One just may be better for the quick and easy while working with clients while the other might be easier to do every day business.  Remember the choice is yours.  I say get both.
